Increase Your Saturated Fat Intake

I know. Sounds insane and it goes against every single thing you’ve been hearing. But there is good solid research that says we need saturated fats like the kind you find in tropical oils – coconut and red palm. Mary Ann, Professor, Ginger and Gilligan had it pretty good – not a drop of canola, corn or any other unsaturated or monosaturated processed oil in sight.
